Welcome to our staff lottery which is available to paid employees of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
You must register to be in with a chance of winning one of 11 monthly cash prizes on offer - the more people who take part the bigger the prizes.
It's £1 per ticket (maximum four lottery tickets per person per month) which will be deducted from your salary each month should you decide to play.
By taking part you will also be supporting community based projects and staff health and wellbeing.
The Staff Lottery is valued by staff and it supports many good causes within the trust. It has been some time since we did a health check on the lottery, so we are taking an opportunity to refresh the arrangements across the organisation. This includes the policies and procedures that sit behind it to make sure that we continue to offer a well-supported scheme into the future.
What's changing?As part of this refresh, from 15 October 2025, we need to temporarily put a hold on registering new accounts and prevent the purchase of new and additional tickets for the lottery until further notice.
Please be assured this will not affect any tickets you already have for the lottery; we just need to temporarily stop any new entries or additional tickets being purchased until this work is completed.
You can still log in and check your staff lottery account, if you have difficulty logging in contact StaffLottery@northumbria.nhs.uk.
Monthly prize draws will continue as normal.
